How switching works
Nothing breaks. That's the job.
Most owners put this off for two good reasons: there is never time for a project, and nobody wants to risk the site going dark in the middle of a workday. So we built the switch around both. Your current site keeps running the whole way through, and your part of it comes to about an hour.
Here is exactly what happens.
We rebuild your site while your current one keeps running
We never touch your existing setup. Your site stays up, exactly as it is, the whole time we work. You review the rebuild on a private link and tell us what to fix. We do this until you are happy.
Your booking and payment tools come across as they are
Whatever your customers use today — the booking widget, the class schedule, the payment link — gets wired into the new site and tested before anything changes. They keep the same accounts, the same logins, the same history.
The switch is one change, and it takes minutes
When you say go, we point your domain at the new site and visitors start seeing it within minutes. Every old page address keeps working, so your Google results and any link anyone has ever shared still land in the right place.
If anything looks wrong, we put it back
The old site is still there, untouched. Going back is one change, the same one in reverse. We have never needed to, and we keep that option open anyway.
Your accounts end up in your name
Domain, listings, anything a previous vendor was holding — we help get it into an account you own and control. Even if you leave us later, you keep it.
If your current vendor makes that difficult, we have done this before and we know the process.
